Confidential Document Shredding Service
The confidential document shredding service collects your confidential documents using 360-litre padlocked rolling bins with a slot on top or conventional archive boxes.
Security
We transport your confidential documents in specialized trucks and destroy their contents at our plant in Montreal in a high security department specially designed to protect the confidentiality of your documents.
Our confidential shredding department meets the standards of financial institutions, the health, the education and the legal sectors. All our employees selected for this department have undergone a rigourous check by the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police). Once the shredding process is complete, we send you a certificate of confidentiality confirming that all your documents have been completely and securely destroyed.
We advise every business to destroy, at least once a year, any confidential archives accumulated in your pay and human resource departments, in order to avoid any problem of identity theft and to ensure the protection of personal information. (See Public Safety Canada website)
